Obtaining Your West Virginia Real Estate License
West Virginia requires one course to get your real estate license: 90-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course. There are both in-person and online course options.
An in-person course is offered at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. The link to their site is below.
A good online course option that we recommend is via The CE Shop and they are constantly offering discounts on the course ranging from 30-40% off. Here is the link to their site.
If you have had an active real estate license in another state please our office and we can walk you through that process as you should be eligible to just have to take the State exam.
